Studio for Rent ~ Our 750 Sq Ft. Studio is available for rent for any type of classes, meetings, get togethers and parties.

Classes/Meetings/Gatherings (Non Food)
(Mon - Thu Mornings Until 3 pm)
$35 per hour

(Mon - Thu Evenings 3 pm onwards )
 1 hrs per week ~ $40 / hour 
Classes 2+ hrs every week ~ $35 / hour (4 weeks min.)

Classes Friday - Saturday - Sunday
$45 / hour

Parties with Food ~ $50 / hour (2 hr minimum)
Cleaning Fee $35 for deep cleaning 
Renter must do basic sweeping and cleaning before leaving. ($200 refundable deposit) 

50-75 people capacity. 
Let us know if you need help organizing your next party including decorations, Theme parties, rental supplies, catering etc.

Additionally we are also looking for someone to sublease either half or the entire 2500 sq. ft. space. asap.
